High Performers: Secrets of Successful Schools

measuring-your-successI was first introduced to the educational philosophy of Alistair Smith when training to be an FA Tutor. Alite had been selected as an Associate partner for the The FA Learning Psychology for Soccer programme and led the Tutor Training Programme for this new FA qualification.

I was a green, enthusiastic, newly qualified teacher and UEFA B Coach when I accept a place on the three day generic tutor training course,  but I vividly remember the scepticism with which I approached some the Alite tutoring techniques presented. I was certainly hesitant to share as much responsibility for learning with the candidates / students as Alite were encouraging. 11 years into my teaching career I am still using many of techniques and strategies Alite presented on that course.

Discover the secrets of success with definitive keynotes, 15 workshops, 20 Rapid Information Exchanges, exhibition and the official launch of Alistair Smith’s new book.

I now hear that Alite and Alistair Smith are presenting the finding of his new book ‘High Performers: Secrets of Successful Schools’ at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on Friday the 18th.
