We used to play this simple English game where stories would be written one line at a time, with only the previous line or two lines available for your inspiration and continuity. With each new line added, a fold hides the previous, resulting in a story composed by the group. I can still remember reading and laughing at the bizarre narratives and often childish humour.
You can now play this game online with a new website, FoldingStory. There are ‘rules’, 180 characters, 3 minutes to respond, plus some guidance about content but thats fine. Despite these ‘rules’ or guidance, FoldingStory has all the goodness of the old skool version but with a much larger potential audience with the help of Facebook and Twitter.
Go ahead and add a fold.
